Today I worked with my IT colleagues to visit the 3 sites (including my facility). The schedule is tightly tough. In the Shenzhen region, we have so many facilities and we plan to visit each site with the plant manager and the local business unit management just let them know the new IT organization & changing...
What I did just guided the APAC IT to know the local IT, and also communicated with the APAC IT. I have the dinner with my direct manager - a Scotch with the standard English (Pronunciation is very good than the other Englishman what I met before)... we talked more about each background & life. Now so tired for the whole day! Go to sleep now!
