11i Create FRD(Forms Runtime ) Trace file

Please follow the procedures below to create a trace file of all form level
details, built in programs, triggers, and procedures used in a form or process:

1 ensure operation system parameter $FORMS60_TRACE_PATH is vilid,
if $FORMS60_TRACE_PATH is null, must set and restart apps.
 
Example:

FORMS60_TRACE_PATH="/tmp"
export FORMS60_TRACE_PATH

2. Logon to Applications 11i and append the following text to the URL: 
play=&record=collect&log=form1.frd

Example: 

URL to logon to 11i applications:
    'http://testserver.us.oracle.com:9004/dev60cgi/f60cgi?'

URL with FRD trace enabled on Unix:
  'http://testserver.us.oracle.com:9004/dev60cgi/f60cgi?play=&record=
collect&log=/form1.frd'

Note: use ifcgi60.exe instead of f60cgi where the server is on a Windows
platform.
