Parted Magic employs GNU parted as well as GPart, a front-end of parted, to handle partition tasks with ease.
Parted Magic is free, but as powerful as PQMagic, capable to create partitions, delete partitions, or edit partitions dynamically. Most importantly, Parted Magic is also released to support usb boot and pxe boot, which is very helpful for data center servers.
