经过了一周多时间的摸索和网上的大量查找,BugId的问题总算是有了着落,通过TortoiseCVS能够进行操作,但还是不够完美。下面是我在news.cvsnt.org上的一个回复。

Sail,
this question seems to be a usage question for Tortoise rather than a
CVSNT question. In CVSNT the Audit function will handle the bugid and
it also is possible to create it using the -B switch on the cvs commit
command.
So from a CVSNT perspective there is nothing more to do. You should be better off asking on the Tortoise list.
Best regards,

thank you very much!I had found it!
It must mark
*bugid* by using "edit -b testBugId-0" in TortoiseCVS *command...* menu before edit file, and edit file to fix you bug and commit and mark bugid(must be same with before) in TortoiseCVS.
After commit, you'll find out the
*bugid* field is mark you bugid in all of audit table included bugid field!
