DocumentRoot must be a directory
其实这个目录没有什么问题，只是解压的一个tar包，最后确定是selinux
解决方法：
vi /etc/selinux/config
使SELINUX=disable
或/etc/selinux/targeted/booleans
httpd_enable_homedirs=1
