NetBackup BMR4.5安装配置文档-HP平台
（注BMR最新版本为4.7，请参考相关手册）

一、安装前准备

1. 确认软件兼容性（新版本可能有变化，参照相应release notes）

二、安装过程
1. 准备license
2. 安装配置BMR main server
3. 安装配置BMR file server和boot server
4. 安装配置BMR client
5. create SRT
6. create boot image(BI)，for Unix client
7. create boot 软盘，for NT client

(一) HP平台

1. 安装Server
（1）磁盘空间需要
Root file system for /tftpboot: 10 MB
_ /tmp for SRT creation: 5 MB
_ For each SRT: 100 MB
_ /opt/BareMetal: 15 MB
_ /var/bmr: 50 MB

（2）创建用户、组
        # groupadd bmradmin
        # useradd -g bmradmin bmradmin
（3）创建file server的目录
        SRT缺省的目录为/export/srt。如果没有该目录，创建它。确认它的上级目录（本例为/export）没有被NFS share。
        # mkdir /export/srt
        # chown bmradmin:bmradmin /export/srt
（4）检查所需的网络协议
a.        确认tftp和bootps在/etc/inetd.conf中没有被注释掉
b.        如果修改过/etc/inetd.conf，刷新inetd：
# inetd -c
c.        Check for the running NFS daemons:
ps -ef | egrep “nfsd|rpc\.“

d.        如果NFS daemon没有运行，检查/etc/rc.config.d/nfsconf，设置NFS_SERVER=1，并启动NFS：
# /sbin/init.d/nfs.server start
（5）安装BMR软件
        # nohup pfs_mountd &
        # nohup pfsd &
        # pfs_mount -o xlat=unix ; /cdrom
        # swinstall -s /cdrom/hp BareMetal.server
        ….
        # pfs_umount /cdrom
（6）配置BMR server
        a. /opt/BareMetal/bmrsetupserver
        ….
        b. 记住GUI server’s port number（缺省为80，可设为8080）
c. 修改/var/bmr/httpd/conf/httpd.conf中
127.0.0.1为all
d. 重启动httpd：
# cd /opt/BareMetal/httpd
# ./httpd –d /var/bmr/httpd
e. 如果share的不是/export/srt，修改/var/bmr/etc/exports文件
       
        bmrsetupserver在/sbin/inittab中加入两行启动http及bmr的指令。

2. 安装client
（1）安装
        # nohup pfs_mountd &
        # nohup pfsd &
        # pfs_mount -o xlat=unix ; /cdrom
        # swinstall -s /cdrom/hp BareMetal.client
        ….
        # pfs_umount /cdrom
（2）配置BMR client
        /opt/BareMetal/bmrsetupclient

3. 使用GUI
       
        username/password为：bmradmin/bmradmin

4. create SRT on file server（for network boot）
（1）准备以下光盘：
§        HP-UX  OS安装cd
§        Ignite 2.4以上cd
§        NetBackup cd
使用这些光盘时无需mount。
（2）create
# cd /opt/BareMetal
# ./bmrcreatesrt
5. create CD-based SRT （for media boot）
        # ./bmrmkcdimage
6. create boot image
        用图形界面

7. 创建备份策略
（1）filelist: ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES
（2）Attribute: Collect True Image Restore Information, With Move Detection

恢复：
（1）在web管理界面中，点相应击client，Prepare to Restore。注意以下两点：
1)        可选择restore system volume only，这样系统文件系统恢复完马上可启动。然后再恢复其它文件系统。
2)        如果备份时用的是client的光纤卡，可能会无法直接网络启动。BMR提供了变更网卡的方式，在web界面中将client内部100M网卡的MAC地址替换千兆网卡的MAC，然后再Prepare to Restore。
（2）重启需恢复的client，当提示press any key within 10 seconds时，按某键中止启动过程。在提示符下，输入：boot lan
（3）提示“interact with IPL”时，回答No
（4）ignite菜单出现时，选择“Run a Recover Shell”


注1：恢复时的log信息在bmr main server的/var/bmr/log/;.;中。
注2：/var/bmr/xfer/bmr_main.;,;为client建原环境的脚本
