How to fix Veritas NetBackup can not execute jobs

[root@cnxabkp ~]# /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpconfig  -d

1 Reset Device

login to veritas administration console, select below:

Media and Device Management –> Device Monitor –> IBM.ULT3580-TD3.000

Right click this device name and select “Reset Drive”

#/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies/netbackup stop
#/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies/netbackup start
#usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies/netbackup 

In command line

[root@cnxabkp bin]# ./tpconfig -d
