my healthy lifestyle
i exercise every week,alternating between different exercies:running,biking,on foot,
My eating habit are pretty good,i try to eat a lot of vegetables.
i eat fruit and drink milk every day. i never drink coffee.Of course,i love junk food too(e.g:hamburger,barbecues....)
and i eat it one or two a week.Oh,and i sleep ten hours very night.So you see,i look after my health.
And my healthy lifestyle helps me get good mood,good food and exercise help me to life better.
