Background Intelligent Transfer Service （BITS）启动失败

涉及：

1,WSUS错误信息:

FATAL: BITS service was not fixed up and thus CCI was not reattempted. (hr = 80070005)

ATAL: Failed to connect to the BITS service; unable to start new downloads or interact with existing download jobs. (hr = 80070005)

 

2,系统事件信息：

Background Intelligent Transfer Service 服务因 2147500053 (0x80004015) 服务性错误而停止

 

3,手动启动时出错信息：

Windows could not start the Background Intelligent Transfer service on the local computer. For more information, review the system event log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor and refer to service-specific error code -2147467243. (0x80080005)

 

解决方案：

第一步,

C:\>sc qc bits

[SC] GetServiceConfig SUCCESS

 

SERVICE_NAME: bits

        TYPE               : 20  WIN32_SHARE_PROCESS

        START_TYPE         : 3   DEMAND_START

        ERROR_CONTROL      : 1   NORMAL

        BINARY_PATH_NAME   : D:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

        LOAD_ORDER_GROUP   :

        TAG                : 0

        DISPLAY_NAME       : Background Intelligent Transfer Service

        DEPENDENCIES       : Rpcss

        SERVICE_START_NAME : LocalSystem

 

请检查您执行结果中的 SERVICE_START_NAME 是否为 LocalSystem，若不是，请透过 GUI 接口的「服务」来将更改其执行者的账号为  LocalSystem，或是直接在「命令提示字符」键入下面的指令来修复：

 

sc config BITS obj=LocalSystem

 

请注意：

obj 与等号之间不得有空白。

 

第二步: (针对Windows XP)：

 

Click ＂开始＂, click ＂运行＂, 输入 ＂cmd＂, 然后点＂确定＂.

Type the following command, and then press ENTER　（输入如下命令并回车）:

sc sdset bits D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)

 

注：以上这一行命令

Click ＂开始＂, click ＂运行＂, 输入＂services.msc＂, 然后点＂确定＂.

双击"Background Intelligent Transfer Service".

在＂常规＂点＂启动＂．
