今天发现以前 困扰我很长时间的一个问题，update server deactivate
查询到Update deactivated相关的参数，但是发现这个参数本身默认值就是1，但是更新还是有的时候被deactive.
- By manual deactivation (SM14 or SM13 Update records ->
Update -> Deactivate)

后来一个朋友说需要修改table 和 index的 initrans，默认为1，根据并发量修改为合适的值。偶今天修改了
