Solid Java programming. Understand core classes and Swing
Able to program in one of these scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Linux's shell script
Relational data modeling. Able to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
Experience in design patterns
Experience in writing production programs is a plus.
Motivated and willing to learn Financial engineering
Good problem solving and logical thinking is a plus.
