It's much comfortable to review code using emacs and cscope. So I just configured them for my newly installed Ubuntu.
Here's the procedure:
1. Install emacs by issuing "apt-get install emacs23". This will install the latest 23 version of emacs with gtk2 UI.
2. Install cscope by "apt-get install cscope".
3. Add following lines to ~/.emacs
(load-file "/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/xcscope.el")
(require 'xcscope)
4. Download the source code by "apt-get install linux-source-2.6.31". This operation retrieve a package in /usr/src directory. Go and decompress it.
5. Go to the decompressed dir and issuing "cscope-indexer -r"
6. Open any source file using emacs and cscope is ready.
