点击“运行”在里面输入gpedit.msc按回车。然后找到User Configuration(用户配置)→Administrative Templates(管理模板)→windows components（windows）→internet xeplorer；在它的右边框中找到“Prevent performance of First Run(阻止执行首次运行自定义设置)”，并双击它，在打开的新窗口中“Enable(已启用)”打钩，在下面的“Select your choice(选择您的选择)”框中选择“Go directly to home page(直接转到主页)”最后点击确定。从此以后你的IE9启动的时候只会打开主页了。
