Got no clue what's inside of mapstt, (zoom, x, y) only refers to corresponding road area, I presume each colored section is made up of some points representing road sensors (e.g., loop detector in sensor networks) with geo-location, and congestion indication color is computed by the collected traffic data to determine which category (red, yellow, green) it falls into.
Gotta learn alternative approaches. Update will be posted here if any progress.
