Hi, I just tried to get openmosix 2.6 up and i got the kernel to compile and boot :) Unfortunately i couldn't compile vesafb-tng :( I'll actually find out if its working when i get home and plug it in to my other openmosix computer. Now for how i got this far:
I had a terrible time trying to get a 2.6 kernel + openmosix patch so instead i used my gentoo box and emerge the 2.6 openmosx sources and then copied it to my ubuntu laptop. I compiled and it worked! Then for user space i found a repository that has just what i was looking for: deb sarge main -i installed the openmosix user space tools from there and it seems to work. But I won't know till i get home... anyways good luck.
