IEWB_v4_for_Dynagen for Windows的配置文件

在windows里使用，对原配置文件作了简单修改：

使用多个dynamips server 实例.使用时请复制一份dynamips-start.cmd批处理文件，并将端口号改成7201,内容如下：

由于原.net文件中直接带的一些设备的配置，倒是方便，不过没法读，所以我用dynagen导出后，再加到了上面的配置里面，请和原配置文件比较一下就知道了。
