案例-VA7100不能使用

错误诊状：

# armdsp -L va7100

Login failed, you are not authorized to access this system.

解释：

After upgrading Command View SDM (Software Device Management) software to version 1.07, the following error is received from several commands:

Error:

armdsp -L

Login failed, you are not authorized to access this system.

这是和所使用软件(sdm）版本相关的，如之前我使用SDM版本是cvsdm_11_11_v109.depot，就没有出现过这种情况。

解决办法：

1.    Stop the Command View software:

# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/HA_trigger stop

# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/dial_trigger stop

2.    Edit SECURITY_ENABLED=true in the PanConfigParams.txt (change "true" to "false"):

# cd /etc/opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/config

# vi PanConfigParams.txt

3.    Re-start the Command View software:

# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/HA_trigger start

# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/dial_trigger start
