对x86分页机制一直有些疑惑，找了些书，但是仍没有解决问题；转而找手册，前几天在星空上搜索到 Intel Architecture IA-32 Software Developer's Manual ，花了几个晚上翻了翻，手册写的非常详细，虽然是英文的，但是非常容易读懂，如获至宝。
手册总三卷：
Volume 1, describes the basic architecture and programming environment of an IA-32 processor;
Volume 2, describes the instruction set of the processor and the opcode structure.
These two volumes are aimed at application programmers who are writing programs to run under existing operating systems or executives.
Volume 3, describes the operating-system support environment of an IA-32 processor, including memory management, protection, task management, interrupt and exception handling, and system management mode. It also provides IA-32 processor compatibility information. This volume is aimed at operating-system and BIOS designers and programmers.
