SolutionWhen adding an asset with the DPIS in the same fiscal year, then YTD and RESERVE
should be the same amount.
When adding asset with the DPIS in a prior fiscal year, then YTD and RESERVE would not
be the same amount.
When adding an asset with the DPIS in the current period, YTD and RESERVE = 0.
