The prepayment is paid ,and available.
Causes>
1> The type of distribution must be ITEM;
2> The prepayment type must be temporary ,the settlement date must be not NULL,and the current date is after settlement date;
3> The prepayment and invoice are in same currency;
4> The invoice type must be standard,mix only for prepayment;
5> The reserval flag must be not Y;
6> if prepayment is matched to PO, that invoice is also matched to same PO;
