当编写某些程序时，你需要调用手机的某些功能
这时候你一定要记得启用相关的uses-permission，
很多网上贴出来的代码都不包含 Manifest.xml里面的代码
这样你容易忘记启用相关的权限，导致程序无法运行
下面我贴出了基本是全部的uses-permission的中、英文解释，为大家和我做个备份
