20 dried apricots
20 whole(s) roasted almonds
2 ounce(s) bittersweet chocolate chips, melted
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions
Line a large sheet tray with parchment paper . Cut a small slit in each dried apricot and fill each one with a whole roasted almond .
Dip the apricots halfway into the chocolate; sprinkle each with a pinch of flaky sea salt and transfer to the prepared pan. Keep cool until the chocolate sets, about 45 minutes .
