Operators should pay attention to the following things:
1. Make test run before using: before using a new concrete mixer, operator should make test run according to the guidelines. Run the mixer no-load, check the rotation of mixing drum and mixing blade. Check each system; if every part works normally, operator can start production.
2. Fixed should be fixed on a stable base. If users want to use it for a long time, foot bolt should be adopted.
3. After concrete mixer is started, operator shouldn’t feed materials until the mixing drum rotate at normal speed. After hopper is lifted, no one should walk or stay under the hopper.
