Tips of installing concrete mixer blades:
1. Tilt angle of mixing blades should be the same.
2. Both larger and smaller tilt angle can influence the mixing productivity. Therefore, the tilt angle between blades and mixing shaft should be 70? or 80?.
3. The mixing blades should be tightly fixed, make sure to fix the screw nut on tightly.
Maintenance of mixing blades:
There are two main reasons for the damage of mixing blades: blade is worn, petiole is bent or broken.
1. When a blade is worn, maintenance personnel should cut the edge of the worn part smooth, then, take a steel plate the same material with the blade and cut a piece in required size, weld the piece of steel to the worn part.
2. When petiole is bent or broken, there are two main reasons: petiole strength is not enough or petiole is made of brittle material.
（1） If petiole strength is not enough, please increase the petiole diameter.
（2） If petiole is made of brittle material, please replace it with round steel petiole.
