The characteristics of different types of HZS series concrete batching plants are as follows: the configuration of large-sized concrete batching plant is different from the small-sized concrete batching plant; the small-sized concrete batching plant has two different configurations; the standard and simple concrete batching plants adopt two different control systems and different operating modes, but their productions are the same; though the large-sized concrete batching plant and small-sized concrete batching plant adopt same full automatic control system, their productions are different.
The production of HZS series concrete batching plant is large, but the large-sized concrete batching plant has no simple type configuration. The production of HZS series is theoretical yield, while its actual yield is not as large as theoretical yield. For example, the theoretical yield of HZS50 concrete batching plant is 50 cubic concrete per hour, but in fact, its production is only about 45 cubic. So when selecting the concrete batching plant, users should choose the appropriate concrete batching plant according to the production.
