a. Check the connection of null lines of power supply, tighten all wire ends , no looseness, no charged conductor exposed.
b. Check the gearing, keep the main bolts of
(supporting bolt, bolt for arm and blade,lining plate bolt, bolt for arm and shaft, etc. ) tight .
c. Check the mixing drum, if has foreign body, please clear it to prevent blocking
d. Check the lubrication parts, reduction gearbox, open gear , shaft end seal should have enough lubricating oil
e. Check the water, keep the water clean.
f. After checking all of the above terms , if it is ok, please start the machine without loads, check if the direction of rotation of the mixing shaft is right, if it is not right, please correct the position of the connecting wire.
g. Before using, check if the motor pump with high concentrations of oil has lubrication oil. Start up oil pump, supply high concentration oil to the sealing point of the shaft ends until oil overflows between mixing shaft and cracks of the inner wall of mixing shaft.
h. Check the oil- level height of air compressor, please use 13 # compressor lubricating oil in winter and 19# lubricating oil in summer(or refer to the air compressor operation instruction.)
i. In freezing season or long storage, before using, please check if the systems with water and additive have oil leakage,
j. Check the water accumulated in the water filler of the pneumatic system. if water is surplus,please Open the manual valve to drain away water. Check the oil level in the oil mist, if oil level is too low, please add HU-30（GB253）an tirust turbine oil or the equivalent, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of air reservoir to discharge sewage.
k. This machine is in the state of 5~10minutes’ idle running, check if oil channel, water channel and Air path are clear, if discharging hopper door is flexible.
l. Before initial operation, mix one
cubic meter of mortar so as to eliminate static clearance, reduce the liner plate wear of mixer.
m. Before normal operation, check if lining plate and mixing blade is loose, if loose, please tighten them.
