In the production process of
, aggregate, concrete, water and additive have their own independent weighing systems. Aggregate can be weighed according to its species and size, which is called independent weighing method. Though the independent weighing has the feature of high precision weighing, the weighing hoppers are too much to arrange, so that the concrete batching plant structure is too complex. Because the current concrete batching plant divides the aggregate into two groups, coarse aggregate and fine aggregate weighing devices which has been generally applied. Cement weighing also uses this method. In order to avoid chemical changes, the additive weighing method can not use this way, so the additive weighing method is generally set two weighing devices. Water weighing uses cumulative weighing method to weigh the clean water and recycling water together.
adopts cumulative weighing method and achieves good results. This weighing system is a combined machine, and it is composed of cement weighing scale and sand accumulation scale. The cement scale is set in the middle, and sand accumulation scale is set in both sides. In the level system of concrete batching plant, the weighing system of cement and stone is separated and can take separate weighing and cumulative weighing respectively. These two weighing systems have their own discharging gates.
