Most of material transport systems of
manufactured in China is composed of three parts. Today, Bona Machinery will give customers a brief introduction.1. Aggregate transport: so far, there are two aggregate transport modes, belt conveyor and hopper transport. The advantages of hopper transport are small floor occupation and simple structure. The advantages of belt conveyor are long transport distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. Belt conveyor is mainly used in concrete batching plant with aggregates storage.2. Powder transport: powder materials for concrete production are mainly cement, fly ash and mine powder. Screw conveyor is adopted to transport powder material. The advantages of screw conveyor are simple structure, low cost and reliable performance.3. Liquid transport: water pump is used to convey water and other liquid additives.
