the operation steps of coal fired boiler

the coal fired boiler is a widely used equipment because it is land economized and cost-saving.
the operation of the boiler is very simple ,let’s give a brief introduction. 

Firstly, check the water level. 

To watch the water indicator is the first task before starting the boiler. Becauseis prone to suffer accident if the water does not reach the standard.

Secondly, look the ventilation door is open or not. 

After feeding the fuel , If the air door is closed, the fuel cannot be ignited. the vertical boiler adopts natural convulsion principle, but the effect is the same.

Thirdly， Observe the water level when the boiler running.

When the boiler runs, the combustion will make the water turn into steam so that the water level will decrease . So the fireman should pay more attention to the changing water level. 

Fourthly, when discharge the vapour, the valve should not open rapidly.

When the boiler steam needs to discharge, the valve of the gas distributing cylinder should be open. However, the open speed should not be too fast.otherwise, the super heated steam will burn the people.
