RuneScape players to train magic, make money, or cash out useless items have high alchemy as a potential means. This RuneScape high alchemy guide looks at the values of steel armor and weapons.

RuneScape players have a grand exchange buy limit of 100 every four hours for most of these items. The offhand variants of any weapon have the same value as their main hand counterparts.

Old school players will have to subtract the cost of a nature rune from the high alch value of the item and be sure to not pay more than that amount to make a profit.

Steel weapons and tools yield the following amount of coins. Steel dagger gives 75 coins, hatchet or ax gives 120, mace gives 135, crossbow limbs gives 150, sword gives 195, scimitar gives 240, pickaxe and longsword both give 300, battle axe gives 390, war hammer gives 499, and two handed sword gives 600 coins. A bullseye lantern frame high alchs for 180 gp.

Steel armor grants the following amount of coins. Steel (medium) helm 180, full helm 330, square shield 360, kite shield 510, chain body 450, plate legs and plate skirt both give 600, and steel platebody gives 1,200 coins.

RuneScape players can make good money alching these items, and can either buy in the grand exchange or from other players at prices low enough to make a profit. In old school RuneScape, players can offer more than the general store buy price and still alch for a profit on some items.
