4. It is strictly forbidden to start HZS50 concrete batching plant in overload condition. Before feeding materials, operator should start the main engine machine first. Check whether residual materials in the mixing drum are overmuch. Do not put your hands or other tools into the rotation parts in the operation process.
3. In the initial feeding process of HZS50 , operators should increase feeding speed step by step until it reaches the rated mixing requirement. Feeding speed should be kept stable in order to avoid material blocking.
