这是oracle bug，针对这个bug描述如下：

$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin independently, as the user SYS. It is also advised to run the


'utlrp.sql' script. to ensure that there are no invalid objects in the database at this


time.


解决方法：


安装完成后，执行以下两个脚本后可解决：


SQL> conn / as sysdba


Connected.


SQL>@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/prvtxml.plb


SQL>@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql
