The following are five crushing flows for customers’ reference.
1. Crushing flow with open circuit and not screening, it is needless to sieve the material for getting finished products. This flow can be used in the case of loose requirement for grain size.
2. Crushing flow with open circuit and screening; the separation of fine material through the pre-screening will reduce the energy consumption.
3.Crushing flow with closed circuit and screening; after crushing and screening, the coarse size products in the surface of the screen will be return to be crushed again(commonly known as return”), the ratio between return quantity and feeding quantity is called “cycle load coefficient”. The higher of cycle load coefficient, the lower of the qualified fine grade finished material, and the bigger of average size of stone in crushing machine.
4. Crushing flow with both pre-screen, check and grading; except for the characteristic of the two flow described above, grading in advance is able to separate the mud of raw material and fragment in weathered layer in order to make sure the cleanness and quality. The “waste material” is also can be used as the granules of grassroots mixture for the basic unit constructs.
5. Crushing flow combined with the pre-screening, check and grading. The equipment used in this flow is less. The repeated grading process for crushing products can get various specification products.
