The cement packing machine is mainly used for cement package, which can also be used to packing the powder with good fluidity property. Although the working principle of cement packing machine is very simple, there are seven limitations to the machine when it is operating.
1. before starting the machine, we should open the power supply firstly then the feeding device or gate; before stopping, the feeding device or gate should be stopped firstly then the power supply. The system of packing machine can be prevented from complete blockage through these ordered operations.
2. the packing mechanism should not be against, supported and choked; it should be cleaned up frequently,
3. when the machine body shakes seriously, it should be solved as early as possible. The components should be checked; electromagnet should be used and maintained properly.
4.Weighting Devices should be checked; press by hands is forbidden which affects the weighting accuracy.
5. if spring of the bagging rack is removed, it is necessary to re-standardize the weighting system
6. lubricating grease mainly butter should be applied to dust discharging mechanism twice a week.
7. when clamping phenomenon occurs to the flashboard, we must adjust or replace the packing materials and do not press to tight for it will affect the switching sensitivity.
Besides these seven limitations, the daily maintenance is also required during the operation of cement packing machine. The machine must be operated according to process shown by instructions in order to prevent indiscriminate operation from shortening the service life of cement packing machine.
