Where stones are from and going

In our childhood, we were curious about everything in the world, even if it may be a normal rock, which could still be our interesting toy. Children don’t know where rocks are from nor going nor why they shapes as they did. None of them may have idea what it can be used for until some of those children take the job in mining machinery suppliers. 

    In architecture, cobbles are called coarse aggregates, which occupied most of the total consumption volume, 50% perhaps. These aggregated, most of which are produced by being crushed, are needed greatly by our urbanization, building construction, road pavement. The whole set of equipments for producing cobbles is stone production line. 

    The  can turn big stone bulksproduced by detonation on mountains into cobbles of a similar size and shape as coarse aggregates for concrete materials. A whole stone production line can be separated into several parts which are coase crushing, fine crushing, reshaping, classification and convoying respectively. The equipments used here include the coarse-crushing jaw crusher, the as the reshaping equipment, vibrating screen as the grading and juncture equipment and the belt conveyor as the stone transporter. The detailed design of the productivity and arrangement should be based on the input size as well as output size of each machine along with the productivity capacity. 
    Cobbles have to be crushed and processed to be showing its value. We are convinced that you can contribute than what you are doing now in a near future.
