Quarried mica normally is delivered to the processing plant by truck and is dumped into a bin. The feeder or screens separate large boulders from finer rocks that do not require primary crushing, thus reducing the load to the primary crusher. Jaw, impactor, or gyratory crushers are usually used for initial reduction. The crusher product, normally 7.5 to 30 centimeters in diameter, and the grizzly throughs are discharged onto a belt conveyor and usually are conveyed to a surge pile for temporary storage or are sold as coarse aggregates.
The stone cone crushers has been widely used in the industries of metals and metallic ores, cement, dinas, metallurgy etc. It can be used for medium and fine crushing of those ores and rocks whose scale of hardness is no more than 5~16 such as iron ore, nonferrous metal ore, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, cobblestone etc.
High-pressure centrifugal blower sucks the outside air into the machine and brings the third layer-milled coarse power into the classifier. The rotating turbine in the classifier makes the coarse materials fall back for regrinding. The fine particles come into the cyclone collector with the air flow and are discharged by the discharge valve on the bottom of the collector. After being purified, the air flow with little dust is discharged through blower and muffler.
