This cement bag packing machine is a side filling style rotary packing machine with 8 spouts, micro-computer weighing system, impeller feeding style, double-position solenoid driver shutter control. Rotary Cement Packing Machine is mainly used for packing cement; meanwhile, packing machine for cement also can be used for filling bulk materials of powder and granule with good flow properties. The raw material is fed into the high fine grinding ball mill. After grinding, the powder goes into the classifier for classification. The product fineness is adjustable from 600 to 3500 mesh. Fine particles along with airflow go into the high voltage pulse collector; finished goods will be delivered to the finished products warehouse for storage. Coarse will leave the powder classifier, and return to grinding head and mix with the raw material into the ball mill, forming a closed cycle processing system.
