Crushing Process Of Plaster

Plaster Processing Plant is key crushing equipment used to crush the large Plaster ore into small particles. The Crushing Process Of Plaster The big raw plaster are fed to the jaw plaster crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for the primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will transferred to impact plaster crusher or cone plaster crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After being separated, the crushed plaster parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final products, while the other plaster parts will be returned to impact plaster crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final plaster products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment. This crushing plant can be used to crush Granite, Kaolinite ,Calcite, Tombarthite, Bentonite, Basalt ,Lignite ,Silica, Tin Ore Mine gravel sand, gold ore, etc. It’s specially designed for output of 100-120 tph. In this crushing and screening plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE600*900 whose capacity can be up to 50-120 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1214 whose capacity is 80-140 tph. For screening materials for different sizes, vibrating screen is playing its role. Crushing plant with production capacity from 100-120 t/h is suitable for small scale production line. Machinery has designed jaw & cone crushing plant, jaw & impactor crushing plant for hard, medium hard minerals. According to the clients’ demands, dust catcher, VSI crusher will be equipped.
