large stuffs are delivered to bunker by elevator after crushed, then to chamber by electric feeder. In mainframe, shovels scoop up stuffs into the parts between rollers and ring, the processed powders are blowed up to analytical engine with wind entering chamber by blower, part of powders which can not be up the demand fineness will fall back to be grinded, left(that is final product) with airflow enter concentrator and divided with air then discharged from discharge vavle. Air returns to blower and circles, flowing in minus state.
Working Principle of Straight Centrifugal Grinder:
The motor brings along the central shaft to drive through the belt pulley. The lower part of the shaft connects with the hanger, on the frame is loaded with the roller equipment. The roller equipment does revolve around the central rotation, at the same time it revolves around the grinding rings, and it self also rotates on account of the rubbing effect. And the material will vertically fall down from the Silo. After distributing, the material falls into the space of the rollers and rings to grind on account of the centrifugal force yielding from the extruding, thus get the powder.
The material in the Silo will fall down into the Feeding tube evenly through the Vibrating Feeder, and then fall onto the upper scattering plate, after that will scatter on the gap between the roller and ring. The material into the inner wall of the rollers will be reground, and then fall down onto the lower scattering plate. And the fine powder conforms to the standard will be discharged into the Dispersive Twin-pipe Cyclone Separator, and then be discharged. And the massiveness will enter the grinding wall to be reground. The air current with the dust will enter into the lower part of the Pulse Bag Dust Catcher, and then be discharged through the Rotational Discharging Device after filtering dust.
