A multiway precision , the interface board and temperature control board for flipchip bonding hot curing. Temperature control board, including acquisition module, driver module, memory modules, control modules, communication modules and power supply modules. in industrial settings hot head temperature, through the interface board and the communication module will set the value of the output to the control module. the hot head temperature acquisition module will capture the value of the platinum RTD output to the control module, while the temperature characteristics of the sensor linearization processing.
