Judging Process: Sponsor will be onsite at nine (9) Reebok Stick Tricks Challenge events across the country where entrants will have an opportunity to perform their stick trick entry which must involve the entrant and a lacrosse stick. All winners who are chosen from each event will receive Reebok Lacrosse gear valued at $250$500. The winner from each event become a finalist in the last round of voting for the Reebok Stick Tricks Challenge Champion. In the event of a tie or failure of potential winner to respond to communications to claim a prize within a specified period of time, the prize will then go to the entrant with the next highest number of votes. Potential winners at each stage of the Contest will be notified following each event and at the conclusion of the final round of voting on or about August 31, 2009.

Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Many will enter. Few will win. One (1) entrant will be chosen as the Reebok Stick Tricks Challenge Champion and given a grand prize. The top finalists from each Reebok Stick Tricks Challenge event will receive Reebok lacrosse gear valued at $250$500. The winner will be notified on or about September 2, 2009. All prizes will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is under the age of 18. boxes) in order to mail the prize. Should a potential winner, or a potential winner's parent or legal guardian fail to respond within the required period, an alternate winner may be selected according to the judging criteria set forth above. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value in the event that the offered prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prize (included but not limited to federal and state, income and sales tax) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, hometown, likeness, prize won, entry, and photo for advertising, promotion and/or publicity purposes in any and all media including online posting without additional compensation.

By entering, contestant and his or her parent/legal guardian agree that they have no right to bring (and covenant not to bring) any claim, action or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Sponsor or Inside Lacrosse or any of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, employees, or shareholders in connection with this Contest. Submission of an entry grants Sponsor, Inside Lacrosse and their agents the right to publish, use, edit, adapt and/or modify such entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without compensation to the contestant. Submission of an entry further constitutes the contestant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to Sponsor any and all rights and interest in the entry. By entering the Contest, contestants and their parent/legal guardian releases and hold harmless Sponsor, their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or the use of prize received. Contestants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and release the Sponsor, Inside Lacrosse, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other businesses involved in this Contest as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability in relation to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administrations of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes.

Confidentiality: All information gathered in conjunction with this Contest will be solely for the purposes of the Contest. All information (email addresses, home addresses, etc.) will be destroyed after the contest is complete.
