Thunder's Summer League jerseys are 'Oklahoma strong' The Oklahoma City Thunder had a statement to make on the court on Tuesday afternoon in Orlando Summer League play, and it wasn't one involving the action. Instead, all the focus was on the team's choice of jersey. In lieu of OKC's traditional Cheapest KD VI Shoes the players wore all white jersey tops emblazoned with the silhouette of the state of Oklahoma and the Thunder's logo in the center. The #OklahomaStrong jerseys, as they're being referred to on social media, are an acknowledgement of the massive destruction the Thunder's home state suffered in May when a swath of devastating tornadoes swept through the area. Superstar Kevin Durant donated one million dollars to the Adidas F50 adizero Football Boots efforts which was matched by the team, but the organization wanted to take their awareness efforts even further. Reggie Jackson, who dropped a record-breaking 35 points in the team's 79-75 win over the Detroit Pistons, was proud to represent the team that chose him 24th overall in the NBA Draft.
