Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics,icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Fujian Shineweave industrial Co.,Limited. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing  an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials 
from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

 

2. Samples:

Will only be accepted and processed via fax,e-mail or Shineweave's website located at .

Orders:Will only be accepted, processed and acknowledged via fax, mail or email. All prices are based on our standard materials, scheduling, packaging, and QC Procedures.Special colors, materials, scheduling, packaging, inspection,QC Requirements are available by quotation and typically run 300 to 602 higher.

 

3. Cancellations:

No cancellation of order will be accepted unless approved by us and submitted in written agreement. However,completely finished orders can not be cancelled. Partially completed orders can be cancelled only after payment for materials and 
labor expended prior to date of cancellation.

Changes/corrections: No changes will be accepted after the order has been put into production;

Damage:All claims must  be made to Parkway Plastics Inc within 5 days after receipt of goods. Returns requested on items that have been outside Parkway's care for more than 30 days will not be accepted for any reason.

 

4. Prices:

We do not sell ready stock caps and hats; our sales representatives will be able to make offer only after knowing your purchasing qty., logo art works, the delivered places etc.

 

5.Fabric color variations:

Due to color  variations of dye lots, we can not guarantee exact color matches of material with each shipment. Certain distressed material may have shading variations. Fabric in hats may be subject to bleeding, crocking or fading when exposed to water, sun or extreme heat.

Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities requested. However, an allowance of over/under of 36 is required on all orders.

 

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions  you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Shineweave signs them or not. Shineweave reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
