Be Careful when Disassemble Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher is the most important and most expensive equipment in the stone primary crushing, also the working site environment of jaw crusher is usually very hard, so the user should pay more attention to every working process of the jaw crusher, and pay more attention to its maintenance, especially when you disassemble it. 
The most easy brock up part of the  is the thrust plate, when you change the jaw crusher thrust plate, you should remove the screw of the dam board, cut down the lubricating oil pipe, and hang up the thrust plate by the hook of the crane, then you can loosen the spring of the connecting rod, and take out of the thrust plate.
The main shaft should be take off with the V-belt pulley and the flywheel at the same time. Move the electric motor close to the , and take off the V-belt, then hang up the shaft with crane. The fixed liner, movable jaw liner and the side liner of the jaw crusher are quick wear parts, the end product particle size will be bigger, you can convert the liner in the early wearing days.
