Working principle of  equipment 

A complete set of stone production line form Great Wall heavy industry mainly composed of cone crusher, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electronic control system, etc. According to customer needs for specifications, production of stone and the stone use providing customers to the most reasonable and most economical equipment configuration scheme.

Three crusher equipment of stone production line of the working principle is as follows:

the motor drives of cone crusher eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle close to the bowl liner and far away from the bowl liner from time to time. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing cavity.

Jaw crusher,The belt and belt pulley are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller when the movable jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces, it becomes bigger when the movable jaw runs up. The movable jaw plate leaves the the fixed jaw plate under the action of tension rod and spring, then the end products come out from the crushing cavity

Impact crusher, the materials are crushed via impact energy produced in the crusher. When the materials enter the zone of the blow bar, they are flung into the impact equipments via the high speed impact of the blow bar, these materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the impact plate, the process goes on until the materials are crushed to the required size and then will be discharged from outlet of machine.

 Usage and Application

This Stone Production Line mainly consists of Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher or Impact Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor and Control System, etc. It is completely capable to crush and screen limestone, marble, granite, basalt, river gravel and other hard stone materials, and produce sand & gravels with various granularities for construction and building industry. We are able to design and manufacture complete crusher plants with capacity from 30tph to 500tph, and to provide optimum and most economical solutions according to customers' requirements on stone specifications, output, application, etc.

Large stone materials from the storage hopper are evenly and continuously fed into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for primary crushing; the crushed materials are transported to cone crusher or impact crusher for fine crushing through belt conveyor; then the materials are transported to vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The end products with desired sizes will be transported to the final product pile and those with big sizes will return to the cone crusher or impact crusher for re-crushing. This forms closed and continuously automatic cycles. The plant can be equipped with dust removing facilities to protect environment according to customers' requests.
