飞机延误三小时无人解释
4日晚上11时30分许，东航MU9876次航班已因故障延误了3小时，终于可以登机时，部分乘客拒绝登机。据该部分乘客称,，原因是延误3小时内一直没有相关人员出面解释安抚。MU9876次航班原计划当晚8时20分从广州白云机场起飞，飞往北京南苑机场。冀先生就是这趟航班的乘客。4日晚上11时40分，他还堵在通往机舱的过道里。"从晚上8点开始,，一直到11点多，3个小时了，没有人告诉我们到底什么原因不能起飞,，我们到处打电话询问，我找到南苑机场，对方都知道这边的飞机出故障了，而航空公司就是什么都不说。"
