# DOCTYPE声明定义了文档类型。

2.定义：
HTML：超文本标记语言。
HTML用来描述web pages。
标记语言有一系列的tags，tags描述了文档内容，HTML文档包含HTML tags和简单的text，html文档也称作web pages。


3.HTML tags：
HTML tags是由angle brackets(<>)包围的keywords关键字（tag names）。
HTML tags通常成对出现，比如：和。
成对出现的标签中第一个标签是start tag（开始标签），第二个标签是end tag（结束标签）。
结束标签和开始标签差不多，只是比开始标签多了一个"/"。
start和end tags也称作opening tags和closing tags。
content

标签在html页面中创建了一个horizontal line（水平线）。
