再开启一个cmd命令行，进行操走，上面的不能关闭（ctrl+c），关闭则oracle实例自动停掉了。。。就算下面的执行完毕，也不行。。。所以，还是在系统服务里面打开，开始——运行——services.msc，找到oracle的服务OracleServiceKAIGE，启动这个父母即可，KAIGE是实例名、服务名。如下：
