Aligning itself with the 25th anniversary of the introduction of the mark to the Australian market, the luxury goods maker prepares the opening of their “Maison” concept store in Sydney, Australia – the 13th of its kind in the world. The new Maison in Sydney offers two exclusive personalization services to the Asia-Pacific market: “The “Made to Order Shoes” service will enable gentlemen to choose among a wide variety of leathers and color combinations to create a pair of shoes that will suit their taste and personality.” Femmes will be serviced with the “Haute Maroquinerie,” affording them the option to customize the iconic handbag shapes and designs. Louis Vuitton Maison, Sydney opens on December 3, 2011.
Also on display is an Australian wildlife installations by artist Billie Achilleos. Kangaroos and Koalas have been constructed out of small Louis Vuitton leather goods by the artist.
