Though I had worked as a manager for many years.however I still not have systematic study of PM relative knowledge,except reading some reference about PMP.Luckly I got an old book from my company bookcase,and I decided to read through it and note everything I got from this book.On the other hand ,it could help me practic my english.And i am a slower reader,so it would take me a long time to read through the whole book.......lol..

Key Attributes of a project:
1.A project has a well-defined objective;
2.A project is carried out through a series of interdependent tasks;
3.A project utilizes various resources to carry out the tasks;
4.A project has a specific time frame,or finite life span;
5.A project may be a unique or one_time endeavor;
6.A project has a customer;
7.Finally,a project involves a degree of uncertainty.
And above all,No.6, a project has a coustomer,means a project must meet someone's needs.And it's the sponsor or the owner that in charge overall.The other points is the same as the PMPBOOK as i know so far.
